Matt Rogie is a leadership consultant and co-owner of Khaki Consulting, where he helps organizations build stronger leaders and healthier teams. As a Certified GiANT Guide with over five years of coaching experience, he has worked with leaders across industries to improve communication, accountability, and trust. Steve Curran is the founder of Khaki Consulting, where he equips leaders to build high-performing teams and lead with clarity and conviction. As a Certified GiANT Guide with over five years of coaching experience, he has helped leaders strengthen trust, drive alignment, and execute with greater consistency. He is driven to coach leaders because he knows that strong leadership is the foundation for lasting impact in both organizations and the people within them.
