So here we are…celebrating 52 weeks of Toolkit Tuesday.
A full year. One tool a week.
Honestly, I (Steve) am shocked we made it to a year.
That is because of Matt. I’m the big-picture guy. Vision, frameworks, momentum. Matt’s the detail guy. Structure, execution, accountability.
I’d start something like this, but without Matt? You wouldn’t be reading email #52.

This all started with a simple idea: Help first. Help always.
Because we knew leaders like you were overwhelmed, overloaded, and looking for practical help.
And the biggest thing we’ve learned after a year?
Leaders don’t need more tools.
They need to use the ones they already have.
The Challenge
Let’s get real for a second…
How many of these tools have you actually implemented?
How many have you shared with someone else?
If you’re not implementing, you’re just collecting… And collecting leadership tools doesn’t make you a leader… And a dusty toolkit doesn’t scale your team.
The goal isn’t more information.
The goal is transformation.
The Tool: Activate What You Already Have
This week’s tool isn’t a model—it’s a mindset:
Don’t just read leadership tools.
Live them.
Teach them.
Multiply them.
Pick one Toolkit you’ve saved this past year, and use it with someone on your team this week.
Print it. Sketch it. Share it. But don’t let it sit.
Share what you learned from using the tool to yourself.
And help them use it.
Why This Matters Now
You’ve invested a full year receiving these emails.
If you don’t act on what you’ve learned, you’re not growing in 2025.
You’re just reliving 2024.
Change doesn’t come from knowledge.
It comes from action.
The Result
