Khaki Consulting Partners Honored with Mentor of the Year Award from Xcel Strategies

Savannah, GA (November 15, 2024) — Khaki Consulting is proud to announce that partners Steve Curran and Matt Rogie have been recognized as the 2024 Mentor of the Year award recipients by Xcel Strategies. This prestigious honor reflects Khaki Consulting’s unwavering dedication to mentoring local high school students in both trade and soft skills through Xcel’s esteemed mentoring network.
For the past two years, Curran and Rogie have met with high school students at least twice a month during the school year, sharing their expertise in leadership and personal development. Their mentorship supports Xcel Strategies’ mission to “Fuel Young People with Purpose” by equipping youth aged 15 to 25 with the tools and guidance necessary to reach their fullest potential.
Founded in Savannah, GA, in 2012, Xcel Strategies has become a beacon for youth mentorship, connecting young people with seasoned mentors who help them develop career skills and a strong sense of purpose. This award marks the first time Xcel Strategies has presented the Mentor of the Year award, highlighting Curran and Rogie’s significant contributions.
